Description of the current limitations

Until now, for Linux users, the definition of LD_LIBRARY_PATH was needed, mainly for EDB usage.

These libraries can be imported, instead of overwriting this environment variable, also because more and more libraries like vtk, are using it, and PyAEDT has some conflicts already.
