Broaden public repository search

...to include owner name and (maybe) repository description.

This is the search in the repository browser. Also rename this to "Search" rather than "Search name"

This is now much improved. I have both broadened the search - so searches repository name as well as "owner" name, but also made search more precise, so it doesn't do "fuzzy" searching on spelling mistakes. This means the search produces much better results now.
