Migrate cloudsploit AWS SDK for JavaScript from v2 to v3

AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) is entering into maintenance mode in 2023. We need to migrate code to use AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3).

How to upgrade

Following this documentation, npm: aws-sdk-js-codemod Run the following command to upgrade from v2 to v3

 npx aws-sdk-js-codemod@latest -t v2-to-v3 collectors/aws
 npx aws-sdk-js-codemod@latest -t v2-to-v3 helpers/aws
