Change from JKS to PKCS12 key stores #118
Description
We currently use JKS keystores. They are slowly becoming deprecated, with PKCS 12 format being prefered.
We hence should update DTLS-Fuzzer's keystore to include PKCS 12 cert/key pair.
Additionally, we should update some SUTs (Scandium and JSSE) to use PKCS 12 instead of JKS.
