Support 1.16+

Forge is now out for `1.16`, although there's no release candidate yet, it would be nice to have a beta build released so Kotlin mods can at least begin porting before Forge `1.16` is fully released.

I don't think there are many changes in the API between `1.15` and `1.16`, but I could be wrong.
