Add Metadata to Tools

The goal is to introduce a single source of truth for all tool information (title, description, wallet requirements). Currently we have the information in multiple places and therefore they diverge (title in the flow is different from the actual tool). By adding these to the metadata of a component, we can have a single source of truth.
