Description
Use case
Some lambdas need access to more than one secret. The SecretsManager allows batch requests and AWS SDK defines the BatchGetSecretValueCommand and BatchGetSecretValueCommandInput.
Solution/User Experience
Batch requests support fetching a list of secrets defined by their names. It uses a NextToken in case not all secrets are returned, which might require multiple requests to Secrets Manager to load the complete list.
Similiar to getSecret and getParametersByName, a good solution would provide a getSecrets function, that accepts multiple secrets and their options.

Acknowledgment
- This feature request meets Powertools for AWS Lambda (TypeScript) Tenets
- Should this be considered in other Powertools for AWS Lambda languages? i.e. Python, Java, and .NET
