Feature request: Support fetching multiple secrets at once with SecretsManager

Use case

Some lambdas need access to more than one secret. The SecretsManager allows batch requests and AWS SDK defines the BatchGetSecretValueCommand and BatchGetSecretValueCommandInput.

Solution/User Experience

Batch requests support fetching a list of secrets defined by their names. It uses a NextToken in case not all secrets are returned, which might require multiple requests to Secrets Manager to load the complete list.

Similiar to getSecret and getParametersByName, a good solution would provide a getSecrets function, that accepts multiple secrets and their options.

Ah I hadn't seen that. I think to help with the implementation, we should write some detailed requirements about how the API will look as it's @bgeese-szdm's first contribution. I will try to do that tomorrow.
