to_parquet lowercases column names passed in by dtype

With this PR nested fields stopped working properly.

Example: 'array<structroleType:string>'.

It's like this old issue #2357

How to Reproduce

Any nested field with an uppercase letter

Expected behavior

As Glue does not seem to enforce the "Sanitisation" process on nested fields would be good to have it working back.
