My current todo list to the DSL-2 update

Hey! Here is a list that i made focusing o what is missing on our update to DSL-2, we should discuss the next steps and how we're going to to that on this discussion.

TODO:

1. Fix Math.min()

2. Found an error on input handling from datasets

3. Run Bactopia tests on my server (?)

4. Discuss about conda envs usage

5. Error caused by null variable on datasets usage on process-> Maybe because of 2.

6. outdir is assigned as null for some reason

   1. it's declared as outdir variable, but isn't accessed by process. changing
      it to params.outdir fix it! <- different design choice

Notes:

1. On tools/ each tool has it's own .config
2. 2 caused by of "<<" usage, I don't know how to fix it.
