z3.1.x以降の課題です。

locale/bitcoin_ja_JP.qm は、BTCのソースを流用しています。
localeフォルダの内容は、BTCのバージョンによって互換性がありません。
ベースを、0.16に変更するときに、再検討します。

個人的には、中国語、韓国語、そして、スペイン語に対応したい。
