R-Graph tree incomaptible with version 2.7 #2

Ported from ushahidi/Ushahidi_Web#1102
The RGraph does not work with unicorn in crowdmap and may not work with 2.7. Removed it from the deployment I was assisting, but this needs to either be 1. fixed or 2. removed from the Addon menu.
