make bottom of new home page look less abrupt

It seems to kinda' just bottom out. Some kind of bottom border, maybe, would be nice? It seems conventional to have some kind of alternate-colored box at the bottom to keep this from happening.

Maybe we can say something funny or whimsical here? Pirate jokes? The page somehow lacks a bit of character, which is fine for the sober part up top (I did consider using 💀 or 🏴‍☠️ as the item list "bullet"…), but it seems like we could have a bit of fun at the bottom.

Something to do with filenames? (Maybe all the stuff near the bottom of "Why Pyret"?)
