Expose all contributors

I'm not sure if MkDocs exposes a hook to do this, but it would be great if there were a mechanism to get all of the contributors for the entirety of the project.

I like acknowledging the individual contributors on each individual page but I'd love to be able to acknowledge all of the contributors on my main page.

If this is currently possible (exposing all contributors) then forgive my comment here as it probably should be placed in an mkdocs theme repo under feat request :)
