Support for deps from conan index

I am kinda curious if there are any plans on supporting packages from conan index. I myself don't really like conan and it's philosophy, but there is no doubt it is widely used and there are a lot of packages accessible through it. Having support for it is a huge step towards compatibility with existing tools
