Bless breaks with $q in 3.1.0

It seems that catch is no longer attached to the promises:

fireproof.authWithCustomToken(...).catch is not a function

Is this because angular's $q is somehow not spec-compliant?

FYI: fixed locally by assigning Fireproof.Promise = $q.

.catch isn't part of the Promises/A+ spec, only then. Basically we use
defer libraries now to create a pseudo-ES6-style constructor, but we only
hang a then on the resulting promise.

One way to handle this case that's supported by the big older promise
libraries is to wrap the resulting promise, e.g.,

Fireproof.bless(Q);
Q(new Fireproof(url).child('foo').remove())
.catch(function(err) {
  console.error('ERROR!!!');
});

I see you're using Angular promises, for which this will work back to 1.2
at least. But in modern Angular releases, as you discovered, there's no
need for bless.
