svg group for each pod

Pod should not haave access to all svg tree, `base` in other hand, should place a pod somewhere in svg and maybe transgorm and rearrange pods if it's grid case. 
So each pod should take `<g>` element which is provided by chartwerk base. Later, it will be easier to hide pods in ui config
