[RFE] TCP retransmissions are not reported for CRR network test

Describe the bug
The current config of the test misses the TCP re-transmissions for CRR test.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Run a CRR network test

Expected behavior
TCP re-transmissions must be logged for CRR tests like TCP tests
