Add a ceph.md page that links to the upstream Ceph documentation. Add a short blurb to docs/architecture/index.md explaining in fewer than fifty words what Ceph is. Fixes: cobaltcore-dev#5 Signed-off-by: Zac Dover <[email protected]>
