Rather than just CfD focused things, maybe one that gave a lens of Colorado civic tech.

• Recruitment emails for events/NDoCH
• Recruitment for new projects starting up for folks who didn't have an interest when they joined
• Recruitment for new project ideas or project partners
• Donation fundraising

• How do we do the email funnel/consent

Provider

• Decide which newsletter provider to use (MailChimp, SendGrid, TinyLetter)
