Replace "backend status data" with workspace metadata (or accurate info)

Since many workspaces use cgroups this info is inaccurate. Can we display arbitrary workspace metadata here or remove this panel? Let's also investigate how other Gateway plugins handle this

I believe the Gateway plugin is not involved at this stage but I think we can write a separate plugin that would be installed on the remote backend to affect this.
