Atomics.wake was renamed to Atomics.notify, matching a recent spec change.
It would be great if the support table could capture this, as currently it makes it look like Node.js v12 lost support for a feature (when it was just renamed): https://node.green/#ES2017-features-shared-memory-and-atomics-Atomics-wake
