Safe: remove ‘total fee’ from swap form

There is ‘total fee’ on the Swap form that appears only when a partner fee is present on the form.

In all the rest cases this field do not appear.

To make the logic consistent, it would be nice to remove this field from the swap form.

Steps:

1. Open the app inside Safe wallet
2. Specify a swap order
3. expand the price dropdown--> there is a 'total fee' field. It would be nice to remove it.
