pypi incompatiblity with numpy 2

The pypi version of the package is restricted to cp2k-input-tools==0.9.1 depends on pint>=0.15,<0.24 and this version of pint does not support numpy 2.

It would be great, if you could make a new release of the package.
Is there a reason to be so restrictive with the supported versions of this package? This makes it difficult to include cp2k-input-tools as a dependency, as it prohibits some downstream bugfixes to be used.
