Verify the settings in on crossplane-runtime's golangci-lint config

          We lint for this in c/c. Wonder if this repo's golangci-lint config is lagging behind.

the only diff between the two are these lines:

   # Various fields related to native patch and transform Composition are
    # deprecated, but we can't drop support from Crossplane 1.x. We ignore the

So this is fine.
