Fix off-by-one error

Steps to reproduce this (and try this on #1 ): start the Dashboard npm run start and let an empty block come in, then immediately fire off an execute message, like:

You'll see that even though the second block is highlighted in the list (the empty one) the other panes (list of transactions and transaction details) populate info from the new block that came in, even though it's not selected.
