CypressExecutorOptions not compatible with cypress-cloud 1.9.3 #23

Describe the bug
Some new params like --cloud-debug from cypress-cloud 1.9.3 are not passed over to cypress-cloud run-function in https://github.com/currents-dev/currents-nx/blob/main/packages/nx/src/executors/currents.impl.ts. Maybe this weekend I can create a MR for this small issue.
I was thinking of another solution: Why not move this project currents-nx into cypress-cloud so that you could publish two packages to NPM from within the same repo? And so they could be kept in sync easily (and maybe even share the version number).
