I think that there's a mistake in Consumer Question 3. If I'm not mistaken the answer should be:
C1: T1-0, T2-0
C2: T1-1
C3: T1-2
C4: T2-1
As RoundRobinAssignor takes all partition as a whole and assigns one by one to the consumers.
