data mechanics spark docker image terms and conditions

Hello Team,

Currently we are evaluating the data mechanics spark image for our streaming use case on kubernetes.
Currently we are pulling the below base image and building our own image.
If all goes well in POC phase , we will use the below image in production.
I would like to know the terms and condition to use below image as open source distribution ?

1. Will it be allowed to use in live environment as Open source image ?
2. is there any terms and conditions which prevent to use it ?
3. is it free to use below image ?
