Missing features for `Equipment` type

Some features we want to add for equipment, and general points that can be spun out to new issues:

• Copying from existing entry when creating new equipment does nothing #766
• Potentially missing fields:
  • Status (see Status field for items and equipment #764)
  • A generic equipment classifier type, for e.g., "cycler" or "furnace" which can be filtered client-side
  • Model name vs equipment name, e.g. "alice" vs "BioLogic MP32" (probably need both)
  • Either a PDF block that can render specific documents,
  • or a way of specifying a manual vs a safety sheet vs a specification/blueprint
• "Sensor"-style blocks for realtime data streaming
• Ways of denoting attached remote filesystems, e.g., bob should know about the the bob backup folder
• Once [DRAFT] Add ability to tag items in any rich text field #565 or similar is implemented, a way of seeing all data recorded/attached to that equipment
• Better default fields in the equipment table (e.g. no date created or maintainers, but more useful info like status and other missing fields above)
