Clarification regarding India Map of Assembly Constituencies

Hello,

I am working with India's state assembly elections and am hoping to use the map of assembly constituencies. I came across your resource here. But I cannot tell whether the map you have refers to the pre-delimitation or post-delimitation boundaries. Based on your notes about the boundaries of Jammu And Kashmir, Jharkhand, Assam, Manipur, Nagaland & Arunachal Pradesh, I assume the boundaries of the remaining states are post-delimitation but I just want to double check my understanding. If you can provide further clarification, I will greatly appreciate it!

This data was scraped in 2016, and for the majority of the country it has the data for Post Delimitation Boundaries. The states mentioned, are the ones which seem to have pre-delimitiation (i.e. before 2008) boundaries.

This is further complicated by the fact that the delimitation of some states did not happen in 2008, but I can't find any concrete proof of that.

I believe that the delimitation of some north-eastern states has still not happened (see: https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/delimitation-process-halted-in-4-north-east-states/articleshow/81340623.cms)
