I'm not the most familiar with flutter, but I found this when poking through the flutter docs on producing linux builds. Flatpak is broadly preferable to Snap (flutter's default packaging/distribution method).
I think this would be a pretty reasonable way to 'support' a linux client, since the CI pushing to flathub is really all that's needed to broadly support linux desktops.
