Add markdown snippet for validator badge #19
Description
On the GH action page for the cff-validator, there is advice to add the GitHub badge to one's repository: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/cff-validator#add-a-badge-to-your-repo
However, the "links" there are just the two resolved badges (pass/fail), not the appropriate markdown snipped to add to the README.md.
What I would like to see is this:
