Some links disappear when not logged in

It's as if they are private but there is no indication that they are.
The moment I log in, they reappear.

As already stated in a personal communication, for example, the Username jackpark topic is only visible while logged in. It is assigned to the System workspace, which is not public. You could use the Person Jack Park topic instead, which is assigned to the public Federated Wiki workspace.

Whether you see a certain topic (or association) in a topicmap is a matter of Access Control.
Relevant factors are:

• the Workspace Assignment of the topic
• that workspace's Sharing Mode (common, public, collaborative, confidential, private)
• the logged in user's workspace Memberships

Example: public content is READable by everyone (including "anonymous") and WRITEable only by members.

The "System" workspace is special: it is READable by logged in users, WRITEable only by the DMX system. The System workspace is used e.g. for holding all Username topics.

So, changing content visibility when the user logs in/out is expected behavior.

Note: a Topicmap can contain topics/associations from different workspaces.
