How to access variables defined in Directory.Build.Props.

I want to be able to do the following

#!/usr/bin/dotnet --
#:project $(RepositoryRoot)Source/TimeWarp.Nuru/TimeWarp.Nuru.csproj

Where my Directory.Build.props sets at the root of the repo with the following

<RepositoryRoot>$(MSBuildThisFileDirectory)</RepositoryRoot>
