I'd like to propose adding full UI support for the Sanskrit language (sa). I’ve already prepared a translation file and integrated the language metadata.

What’s included

New locale file for Sanskrit (sa) with metadata (“संस्कृतम्”)

Registration of the language in the i18n setup

Translations for major UI elements (File, Edit, View, common actions)

English fallbacks left for less common strings to keep the UI functional
