Add a section or page on how to contribute to the website

While the GitHub project is linked in the footer, I think a section or page dedicated to the website would be great.
We can write what we're looking for and how everyone can contribute to the project as it's open source. We should state that the following can be done by everyone:
- Submit bugs
- Submit feedback
- Submit ideas on new or existing features
