Mote response codes 0x10

I use mote port to my development board .when i run the example i found the mote cannot join the network. It show that message : DEBUG ..\Src\dn_fsm.c:785: Open socket reply
[WARN] (..\Src\dn_fsm.c:806: errno: None) Unexpected response code: 0x10 .I don't know how to fix it .
