Feature: Setting to exclude apps

It would be helpful to have a setting to set applications that disable the blur. The best example for this use case would be the "Digital Color Meter".
When I start an excluded app, there should be no blur, like when I use the global shortcut.
The benefit would be that I can directly use the app and don't need to press the global shortcut first (if I have set it).
