Hydra 1.3.40

Hydra 1.3.40 has been released. It matches DGD 1.7.6, but is capable of running tasks in parallel.

Version 1.3.40 is the result of several months of improving parallelization for real use cases. For a benchmark which I implemented for signal-server, based on clients sending messages to each other, it achieves about 95% efficiency on 32 cores -- a magnificent result.

Hydra is now officially out of the research project stage. You can treat it like beta software (like most other software).
