Customise Event Tile rendering

This issue tracks the overall work required for changing the way event tiles are rendered in Element Web via modules. This includes enhancing existing event structures as well as adding support for new event types.

• Basic rendering
• Passthrough parent component
• Supports selecting multiple event types / conditional rendering based on content.
• Avoids the use of matrix-js-sdk structures to ease transition to rust-sdk?
• Supports / explicitly withdraws support for editing events
• Settle on supported parameters for renderer.
