Change cohort into "external project" #523
Description
From practice, it seems Cohort is actually another project.
differences to current project model:
- usually external
- it is definitely project of origin / providing data
- usually does have Contacts as PI,
Datasets are currently linked to the Cohort via DD. This link can stay.
When exposing dataset, the metadata of the originating project should be exposed (or the user should have the option to choose? hm....
Data stewards will be curating the external projects for now. Other people should not have the permission to do so. But this can be covered by #65
Benefits:
This can allow:
- keeping contacts of the external project on one predefined place
- list all datasets originating from/being provided by the external project
- expose to DC metadata of the original project while still having local processing (e.g. hosting) recorded in DAISY.
