Manage multiple php versions

I frequently work on multiple projects that have different php version requirements.

It would be nice to be able to setup multiple php binaries,
and even more, be able to detect the php version set in composer.json when opening a project's folder !

I'll add something like this in the future, probably a "Projects" section where you can add multiple projects each with its configuration - you'll be able to select those projects on the status bar then.
