Feature: Enable arrow key navigation inside Shortcut Guide

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users cannot navigate inside the Shortcut Guide using arrow keys, only using the normal ´Tab´ and ´Shift + Tab´.

Describe your proposed solution
To enable navigation using the arrow keys, similarly to the charts and data elements.

Only this solution was considered.

Additional context
During the usability test conducted, multiple screen reader users commented on the fact that they were expecting a similar navigation inside the guide as the other places in the interface.
