Fix translation issues identified by Autumn

Classes of error:

• lines that did not receive a translation
• lines whose underlying english translation was updated, and require updates to spanish wording
• line groups whose underlying structure was updated in english (a line was deleted or moved), and require work to re-align previously localized lines with the new structure
• lines whose capitalization are not consistent with capitalization in english, or with similar lines in spanish
• lines with incorrectly localized data tags or rich text ("<color=amarillo>" vs "<color=yellow>")
• lines with incorrect gender - mostly i noticed this with Alex the bayou mechanic, who was incorrectly gendered in her character name. might need to check lines involving her to ensure that it's consistent
