Add support for USB transfer

There are a number USB badges on the market. If we can have support for those badges more people can use the app and enjoy open source.

And this would solve the BLE issues i have with this app on android 14 pixel phone using official badgemagic badge you brought to froscon 2024.
Other BLE devices connected with other BLE apps work perfectly fine on the phone.

This would be nice. There is currently no sign of someone working on it.

As a bonus you could try to add the ability to flash and update the firmware on the badge over usb cable. This way you wont have to have a computer to replace the closed source firmware with the open source one. There are countries out there where its a common thing to not have a typical computer and do everything on a android device.

@mariobehling @froscon2024 I've been reviewing badgemagic hardware and firmware repositories. It's my understanding that the official FOSSASIA badge supports USB data transfer because of its specific hardware (WCH CH582M MCU) and open-source firmware.

However, for generic badges on the market, I suspect their USB ports might be hardware-wired or firmware-programmed for charging only. Without the correct MCU and firmware support, enabling USB data transfer might not be possible.

The badge fossasia currently care about is the RISC-V WCH based ones with the CH582 chips in them. You do not have to think of any other possible badges out there.
All the RISC-V fossasia supported badges out there support USB data transfer. The badgemagic client software on phone or computer is working with the preinstalled closed source binary firmware and with the opensource one.
There are 3 hardware versions (micro-usb, USB-C and the upcomming badgemagic custom) you do not really have to care about at start, because the differences to display the known things are in the firmware and not in the client software. Yes, the badgemagic custom one would support games and other things, but this is future and currently not part of the android app anyway.
You have to care about the hardware type when you add the usb firmware flashing support because then you have to use the correct firmware file.

So I have implemented this functionality over USB CDC ACM (Android support only) according to badgemagic firmware , but I dont have a device to test it on.

@froscon2024 can you please test #1473 is working with your android phone and fossasia led badge.

if it does , i will try to add firmware update support as well and resolve conflicts which occurred because of new merges over it.

Also, if it doesn't i will try hid method.
