Add CSV playback

Many screen provide the possibility to save and load recorded data as CSV files. Loaded data is displayed as a graph.

In the old app it was possible to also replay the data in many (all?) screens.

The new app should also provide this functionality.

This ticked may need several sub-tickets to keep PRs manageable.
