Allow Users to Select Issues/PRs from a List When Answering "What I Plan to Do Today"

Users manually type their planned work in response to "What do you plan to do today? It would be better if users could select from a list of assigned issues or pull requests from their connected repositories.

Proposed Features

• Fetch and display assigned or recently active issues and PRs from connected platforms (GitHub, GitLab)
• Display a multi-select searchable list or modal
• Allow filtering by: Repository name, Issue/PR title, Label (e.g., bug, in progress)
• Allow user to add short notes per item if needed
• Save the selected items as the user’s “planned work” for the day

@hpdang I can take this up, I already have a base (#65 PR) from where I can start my work.
The mentioned PR implements this
