Enhancement Summary

Currently the github activities under a particular organisation are fatched which limit the users ,it should fetch all their github actvities including the ones in personal repos and should be given option to choose what they want.

Motivation

Enable fetching of all user data within a selected date range when no organization name is set, as we want to support usage beyond FOSSASIA.
