New Docs In Beta

Our new docs are in beta at https://beta.docs.fosshost.org. They are entirely git-based (so anyone can send a PR 🤯) and written in markdown. The site is deployed with Github Pages. Guess what? They work without JS.

These new docs are exciting, but I need your help. With this beta comes the task of testing redirects and looking for incorrect content in files. Redirects should be set up so that old links aren't broken. Since these files are hand-compiled to markdown, they may have broken text and problems!
