ClapFirst DEBUG and RELEASE names in asset directory

If config is multi generator we probably want, if asset dir is set

asset_dir/Debug/CLAP asset_dir/Debug/VST3 etc...
and
asset_dir/Release/CLAP etc

right now its a bit of a mishmash so clean this up and document it in the clap first documentation for asset output dir
